PEEL Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) hosts the 2017 Future Proof Peel Business conference at Mandurah Performing Arts Centre next month with TV identity Todd Sampson set to challenge the notion of conventional thinking in the business world.
“We wanted to bring something energising and disruptive to Peel and the business community and this is the conference to do it,’’ Peel CCI acting manager Andrew McKerrell said.
“As we head into the last quarter of 2017, we want businesses to walk away with a fresh new approach and ready for 2018.”
Not only is Todd Sampson (Gruen) presenting, but Greg Dudley, partner from RSM Australia, will discuss protecting assets, Business Bakery founder Julie Bickerstaff will share her 100 Day Goal program, Mykel Dixon will bring a fresh artistic approach to customer service and comedian Peter Rowsthorn (Kath and Kim) will be the MC.
Other speakers include Perth’s Mark Pownall from Business News presenting on digital disruption.
The conference is aimed at those seeking innovative ways to engage customers, effective marketing strategies, new levels of enthusiasm and energy to lift organisations out of the post mining doldrums, how to teach children to create jobs and the role of media.
“This is a great opportunity for people to connect with some of Australia’s leading business people, creative thinkers and strategists,’’ Mr McKerrell said.
The 2017 Future Proof Business Conference is on Thursday, November 9 and registrations open at 7.50am.
