MANDURAH Performing Arts Centre’s Splash program these school holidays features loads of activities for kids and their families.

Meet the most misunderstood character in fairy tale history: the Big Bad Wolf.

No one likes him but luckily one girl is brave enough to double check this wolf’s bad press and an unlikely friendship is born.

Big Bad Wolf is on Thursday, September 28, (11am and 6.30pm) and Friday, September 29, (11am).

The educational exhibition and workshops the Bee Game and the Extinction Game, at the ‘Animals, Humans and the DNA of Life’ exhibition includes a series of floor installation games for participants and is on today (Wednesday), Thursday and Friday at 10am and 1pm.

The Act-Belong-Commit Co’s week-long dance workshop is on from Monday, October 3, to Friday, October 7, from 10am to 4pm.

A modern take on Hansel and Gretel, A Dark, Dark Wood is a playful yet provocative re-imagining of several of Grimm’s classic fairy tales on Thursday and Friday, October 6 and 7 at 10.30am and 1pm and Saturday at 1pm.
