Mandurah: police after help to find man who tried to steal trolley of meat from supermarket

MANDURAH Detectives are seeking information about a robbery at a Pinjarra Road supermarket on May 4.

Police said a man entered the supermarket and placed a large selection of packaged meats into a shopping trolley before running from the store at about 3.10pm.

When he was confronted by a security guard he threatened the guard with violence before leaving the area without the shopping trolley of meat.

The man was described as being in his 30s, of medium build with a fair complexion, and dark curly hair.

He was wearing a purple and yellow West Coast Eagles top, black tracksuit pants, bright blue sneakers and carrying a black Fila hooded jumper.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the incident or who can identify the man.
