TWO men have been charged after an armed hold up at a Mandurah pharmacy yesterday .
Police claim two men, one armed with a knife and the other a metal pole, entered the chemist on Dower Street at 4.40pm and threatened staff and customers.
The men stole a sum of cash and prescription medication before attempting to flee in an employee’s vehicle.
The men were stopped by Mandurah Local Policing Team and Mandurah Response vehicles before they could exit the car park.

READ NOWA 24-year-old Warnbro man and a 51-year-old Rockingham man have each been charged with two counts of aggravated armed robbery, one count of attempted aggravated armed robbery and one count of stealing a motor vehicle.
They are due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today .
