Mandurah: Police seek aggravated burglary suspect

POLICE are seeking information from the public to assist with their investigation into an aggravated burglary and stealing in Mandurah on Monday, March 28.

A 53-year-old man was confronted by a male who had gained entry to his apartment about 3am.

It is believed at the time the male had a knife in his possession.

The male threatened the victim before he fled the building down the stairwell in possession of a handbag, which was stolen from the property.

The male was described as being aged between 17 to 18 years old with dark skin, about 170cm tall, of stocky build, with short black hair with dark eyes and possibly unshaven.

Police would like to speak to anyone who was in the area of The Palladio around the time of the incident or who may have seen a person carrying a ladder.
