Mandurah rangers get new 4WD to help with duties

Jill BurgessMandurah Coastal Times

RANGER Green will provide increased access to road areas that normal road operational 4WDs cannot reach, such as coastal and quarry areas, help manage off-road vehicle offences, dog offences and other local law matters such as illegal camping and dumping and litter management.

The new ranger is the City of Mandurah’s new all-terrain vehicle now helping council rangers carry out their duties .

Working alongside the community, the rangers also act as the ‘eyes on the street’ and the new vehicle will help in reporting incidents such as vandalism and damage to amenities and facilities to relevant City departments.
