Mandurah: Ride for Health and Wellbeing this weekend

Jill BurgessMandurah Coastal Times

MANDURAH over 55s Cycling Club will host a Ride for Health and Wellbeing on March 9.

Not only does the club hold weekly group rides for members of all ages and abilities but also a series of social events and get-togethers during the year

The club is so passionate about the benefits of cycling that it is holding the ride to promote the benefits to Mandurah.

There will be two rides: a 35km ride up the estuary, across the Dawesville Cut and returning along coastal paths, and a 20km ride north towards Madora Bay and back.
