Mercy Place service manager Christina Venables said residents were looking forward to cooking up a storm with their pancake feast and testing their pancake flipping skills.

“While making pancakes might seem like a simple activity, for our residents it’s a chance to show off their culinary skills and become engaged and involved with cooking food for both themselves and their fellow residents,” she said.
