A MANDURAH woman will reappear in court on September 28 on charges of raping a child.
Police claim the woman sexually penetrated her nine-year-old relative.
She was not required to plead to the charges and was remanded to Perth District Court.
The woman pleaded not guilty to five fraud charges in relation to property police claim was gained fraudulently from Silver Sands Shopping Centre.

The woman will reappear in Mandurah Magistrates Court on September 20 for a trial allocation date in relation to these charges.
The woman was released on bail.
