TWO popular pubs – the Brighton Hotel in Mandurah and the Vic Park in Perth – are up for sale.
Both are owned by Woolworths’ Australian Liquor and Hospitality Group and are being sold by CBRE Hotels.
For those looking to own a unique piece of Mandurah, the Brighton Hotel will be up for auction on December 7.
The Vic’s lease is up for sale and offers of interest need to be lodged by December 6.
CBRE Hotels Chloe Mason said they would not be disclosing the reserve price for the Brighton, but said they have had a lot of interest in the building this morning.
The Brighton sale includes the business, liquor licence, extended trading permit, 1300sq/m of land and the building.
The Brighton Hotel venue includes a restaurant, rear public bar with a courtyard and upstairs terrace ideal for private functions.
CBRE Hotels estimate the weekly turnover at approximately $53,000 per week.
The leasehold for the Vic is being sold, which includes a 62 year lease and an estimated annual turnover of $3.85 million.
