Meadow Springs home damaged in fire

A MEADOW Springs home has been damaged after a fire started on the property on Saturday afternoon.

The damage bill is estimated to be about $10,000.

At 2.41pm on Saturday , a caller reported to Department of Fire and Emergency Services seeing smoke from her property.

Two fire crews were sent to the property but when they arrived the fire was already out.

The incident occurred on Camden way in Meadow Springs, near cross Street and Oakmont Avenue.

The cause of the fire and extent of damage from the fire are unknown.
