Bryanna Minchin achieved 86 per cent in the competition; she is currently studying stage two accounting and finance.
It was a statewide competition, with the top 30 WA schools taking part.
Bryanna took home a prize of $70 from the awards ceremony for her achievement .
The competition helps students revise for their upcoming mock and WACE exams and highlights areas in the course that require extra focus and attention.
Accounting teacher Brad Angelos said Bryanna’s success could be attributed to hard work throughout the year.
This included attending extra tutoring sessions.
‘This achievement in this competition is proof of the efforts Bryanna has placed into her studies and course work, in conjunction with the support Mandurah Baptist College provides to its students,’ he said.
