THE first production to kick off a month of 20th birthday celebrations at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre drew a big crowd to the monthly Morning Melodies show on Tuesday.

Perth’s top jazz vocalists Libby Hammer and Ali Bodycoat along with Rob Pring performed one gem after another in Bringing Back Bacharach, a tribute to the king of 1960s easy listening pop.

The show was hosted by Sacha Mahboub who is also celebrating his 50th year in show business.
