A NEW executive team has been announced as three of Perth’s well-known not-for-profit community care providers continue their path towards merging into one organisation.

The three group heads are Nigel Jones, formerly chief financial officer of Community First International, who will become head of finance, Louise Forster, formerly executive manager business development with Care Options, who will become head of brand and people and Megan Enders, an experienced executive and management consultant who will take on the head of enabling role.

The former chief executives of the merging organisations – Eileen Heath at Community First, Sheilah Cummins at Care Options and Kath Snell at Volunteer Task Force – have made the decision to depart the merging entity to pursue other opportunities.
