READ NOWHuman Resources manager Sian Grandin said staff wellbeing was an important issue to Ramsay Health Care.
“RUOK Day is about much more than providing staff with a free lunch,” she said.
“It’s about encouraging everyone to take time out of their day and to come together.
“It’s about starting a simple face to face conversation.
“Just taking a minute to ask someone if they are ok could have a dramatic impact on their mental health or even save a life.”
