The dry centre facelift will complete the long-awaited $38 million redevelopment to provide a modern, integrated sporting, aquatic and recreational facility to meet the needs of Mandurah's growing community and beyond.
Included in the Stage Two renovations are new sports courts, group fitness studios and a gymnasium.
The $15.6 million dry centre will include new multi-purpose sports courts including spectator seating, entry, foyer, administration, office, kiosk and first aid facilities, new gymnasium and group fitness facilities, new/renovated main entry, foyer, reception, cafe, retail and meeting facilities, new/renovated administration facilities, new/renovated creche facilities, new dry area toilet and change room facilities, renovated existing squash courts and new/renovated building facades.
