It will be alleged about 9.45am, a Holden Commodore and a Ford Festiva collided on Forrest Highway near Greenlands Road. A 31-year-old man, a passenger in the Ford Festiva, received serious injuries.
The man has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and he is due to appear in the Bunbury Magistrates Court on June 27.
