Pinjarra to host Riding for the Disabled Association WA State Games

The State Games provide an opportunity for RDAWA riders with disabilities and special needs to come together and compete in friendly mounted games competition, demonstrating their abilities, achievements and skills.

RDAWA executive officer Kelly Mansfield said the $11,500 sponsorship from Community TAB made the big family day out possible.

“We see so much joy on the faces of the riders and their families at the State Games,” she said.

Held at Fairbridge, the event will be open to the public and features riders participating in a range of individual games including jumping, handy pony, barrel racing, lasso the cow and a mounted fancy dress competition.
