POLICE and emergency services are currently attending a crash involving a truck, a ute and a car in Lakelands this morning.
The crash occurred near Madora Beach Road and Mandurah Road just before 6.30am.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services are currently on the scene and police have advised the crash has caused traffic delays.
