Staff ReporterMandurah Coastal Times

They said Mr Woodley had lived in Westminster but more recently frequented the Mandurah area and did not have a fixed place of address.

A member of the public found Mr Woodley’s body in the water near Genevieve Court on August 24.

The results of a post mortem examination found there was no evidence of criminality and the death was not suspicious. The Coronial Investigations Unit will prepare a report for the coroner.

Police spoke to Mr Woodley and two other men when they stopped a vehicle in Halls Head on August 16. Police say Mr Woodley ran away.
