MANDURH Detectives are seeking information regarding an incident at the Mandurah foreshore on Friday afternoon, in which a police officer was injured.
Police were called at 5pm after reports of a man acting in a disorderly manner and causing a disturbance to other members of the public.

Police found the man and due to his level of intoxication and his aggressive behaviour, he was placed under arrest.

It will be alleged the man became violent and assaulted one of the police officers, causing a serious injury.
