Police seek Good Samaritan

WA Police are seeking to identify a man who kindly handed back property to a neighbouring resident in Greenfields last Thursday.

At about 2am on November 26, an unknown man committed a burglary at a residence on Torrens Place.

The owner, a 40 year old man, chased the offender from the property, who fled on foot with a number of stolen items.

The offender is described as being slim and tall, 20 to 30 years old. He was wearing a dark jacket and dark coloured shorts.

A stolen purse from the burglary was returned later that day by a man.

Police are seeking to identify this man, who they believe may have further details which may assist with their inquiries.
