Ravenswood: victims threatened with screwdriver, sprayed with pepper spray

MANDURAH detectives are seeking information regarding a burglary and robbery in Ravenswood on Thursday morning.

Police said two offenders entered a Jollup Way house at 3.10am armed with a screwdriver and pepper spray.

The victims were threatened, and sprayed with the pepper spray. The offenders demanded cash.

One of the victims used a baseball bat to chase the offenders from the house. They were last seen running on Jollup Way towards Holloway Turn.

The first offender was described as male, olive skinned, about 180 – 185cm tall and was of heavy build. He was wearing a hooded jumper and a mask.

The second offender was described as male, dark skinned, about 170 – 185cm tall and is of skinny build. He was wearing blue or black shorts, a blue or green hoody and blue shoes.

Detectives are asking local residents to review their CCTV cameras, if any vehicle or pedestrian movement is seen on camera between 2am and 4am. Those residents are asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Anyone with information regarding this incident, or who saw or heard anything suspicious in the Jollup Way area yesterday morning should call Crime Stoppers.
