Redmanna and Stage Door serving up success and claim industry awards

TWO Mandurah restaurants – the Redmanna Waterfront Restaurant and the Stage Door Waterfront Restaurant – are two of the best restaurants in WA after winning their categories at the Restaurant and Catering Awards.

The Redmanna Waterfront Restaurant won the best seafood category while the Stage Door Waterfront Restaurant bagged the best contemporary restaurant category.

Mandurah and Peel Tourism Organisation chief executive Karen Priest said both were worthy winners.

“Both Redmanna and Stage Door Waterfront restaurants contribute so much to tourism and visitors’ dining experiences here in the Peel,’’ she said.

“They present fresh, local produce and feature Peel wines, ensuring guests receive a genuine regional experience.

“We are fortunate to have owners Jason Hutchen and Leighton Yates and Rod Bishop here in Mandurah as they make a very significant contribution to tourism through their staffing, training, support of industry events and sharing of hospitality expertise.

“Both restaurants are indeed worthy winners and we congratulate all management and staff.’’
