Residents join Walk Against Ice

THE inaugural Walk Against Ice in Mandurah involved about 70 people marching over the bridge and along the foreshore.

The walk was a part of the Australian Anti Ice Campaign and aimed to raise awareness about the destructive nature of Ice.

The aim of the event was to promote bringing Ice specific education into WA High Schools.

Ice use has been rising over the past decade, especially in teenagers.
