THE biggest bike riding fundraiser in WA rolls into Mandurah on Saturday.

About 1000 cyclists will take part in the 200km MACA Ride to Conquer Cancer.

The aim of the event is to raise $4 million for cancer research.

Waves of riders will leave from McCallum Park in Victoria Park at 7am and they are due to reach Mandurah at 11am.

Drivers are urged to take care around the cyclists as they head to Mandurah on the South West Highway on Saturday and return along the Forest Highway on Sunday.

The Ride supports cancer research at WA’s Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.
