New research reveals that while Elizabeth and John are the most common boys and girls names in both family trees, there are several more unusual choices the young royals could opt for.
The royal family tree contains the most unusual names with Boniface, Cyrian, Marmaduke, Sylvanus and Lancelot all featuring in the male line while Eusebia, Honor, Thomasina, Ursula and Hyacinth appear for the girls.
And while many of Kate’s female ancestors have more recognisable names, they were not without some interesting monikers as well.
Among the boys are Garin, Lewen, Theophilus, Uriah and Elie together with girls called Permelia, Albina, Edezer, Grissel and Jermima.
T.ERDs or tradie nerds are a new breed of worker who are tech savvy and gadget crazy.
A survey of 540 Aussie tradies, commissioned by Totally Workwear, found half of them were armed with laptops and about 40 per cent had smartphones and/or iPads.
New age tradies are fast becoming reliant on technology to help them save time and deliver a speedier and more efficient service.
Delegates will think about the role of government in the creation of great societies, what communities want, what makes residents happy, what councils do apart from collecting rates, paving roads, and shifting rubbish and do they do it well, what is the role of local government and what does it look like.
If the council does not know the answers now, we’re not sure they will find out from a conference on the other side of the country.
Wouldn’t it be cheaper to ask the residents what they want and what makes them happy?
