RIVERSIDE Primary School’s kindy kids held a Father’s Day event for dads and male role models last week .

Kindy teacher Ms Danielle Simlinger said students spent the afternoon paper plane making, painting portraits, completing an obstacle course and competing in tug of war.

“We were lucky enough to have Bunnings Greenfields jump on board and donate terracotta pots and seedlings, along with potting mix and safety gear, for each child to plant a seed with their father or male role models,” she said.
