Rumour Has It: musical chronicling life of superstar Adele to hit Mandurah

NAOMI Price evokes the inspirational spirit and talent of a mischievous working class diva from Tottenham when she spills intimate details about Adele’s meteoric rise in Rumour Has It.

The show stars Price (The Voice Australia) in her acclaimed portrayal of the international superstar.

Rumour Has It charts the rise of one of modern music’s biggest stars in story and song.

In a WA exclusive, fellow The Voice Australia alumni AViiDA (Paula Parore and Clay Darius) will join the show this month as featured vocalists.

Price said she was honoured to have AViiDA as special guests.

“I met Paula and Clay in 2015 when we were all coached by Ricky Martin on The Voice Australia,” she said.

“I was immediately a fan of their incredible voices, both together and as soloists, but more importantly I really loved being around them.

“I knew that I had to work with them after The Voice ended and so we started making plans.”

AViiDA sprang to national attention on the top-rating television singing show as part of Team Delta, prior to being poached by Martin during The Battle Rounds.

In Perth, the duo is highly sought.

“Paula and Clay are powerhouse performers with warm, generous hearts and they are going to bring the house down,’’ Price said.

Price rocked to fame in 2015 as Ricky Martin’s leading lady on The Voice Australia which saw her reach the semi-finals as Martin’s last female artist and placed sixth overall.

Parore and Darius formed AViiDA in 2014 and have not looked back since.

Both accomplished soul, R&B and blues singers in their own right, the powerhouse duo has a varied list of local, national and international performing credits to their name, both on the theatrical and musical stage.
