The topic of the 2016 Convention is Education in a Federation. The students will consider a range of arguments relating to the current division of responsibilities, assess whether it is working or if it is time for a change.

This will include input from a panel of experts, group discussions on the issues and the opportunity to persuade other delegates of particular approaches. Students will participate in a mock referendum to determine the outcome of their deliberations.
