MANDURAH Forum has taken new strides towards promoting a healthy lifestyle and launched a free Seniors Mandurah Mall Walk program.
Mandurah Forum teamed up with 24-hour health club Jetts Fitness for the community event, with the first walkers gathering last week.
Those who were quick to join the contingent scored a starter pack including a T-shirt, water bottle and a coffee voucher to enjoy after the exercise.
