SGIO to close its doors in Mandurah

Customers still have the option to pay at Mandurah Post Shop, over the phone or online.

Customer Service head Amanda Whiting said the decision was not taken lightly and was based on customer usage of the site.

“Most of our customers deal over the phone or online, with 97 per cent calling us or going to our website,’’ she said.

“Customers wishing to renew their policies face-to-face can visit the Mandurah Post Shop.”

She thanked proprietor Roy Lane and office manager Karenza Colleran for helping SGIO customers for the last nine years.

“We have contacted customers to ensure they are aware of their option to visit us online or call us on 133 233,” she said.
