Face of the Globe is an international beauty pageant promoting friendship, charity work and self-confidence. There are no height or size restrictions and there is no swimwear round.

Ms Bezant will compete on the Gold Coast in September. The winners will represent Australia at the 2017 International Final in the UK and Disneyland Paris.

Ms Bezant competed in Miss Universe when she was younger and has been selected as a national finalist for Miss Galaxy Australia and Miss Global between 2013 and 2015. She was also crowned Miss Mandurah in a local charity event supporting the multicultural society in 2015.

Ms Bezant said she loved the friendships forged at pageants.
