A MAN (57) was assaulted with golf clubs in Silver Sands yesterday.
Police said the man came home to his Perseus Road residence at about 7.30pm and found two unknown men inside.
The men assaulted him with golf clubs and ran from the home.
The victim was taken by ambulance to Peel Health Campus to treat injuries to his face and upper body.
