TWO Mandurah students have been accepted into the highly competitive Sir Charles Court Young Leaders Program.
Frederick Irwin Anglican School Year 10 student Mikayla Compton and Mandurah Baptist College Year 10 student RP Van Der Westhuizen were among 30 students to be offered a place from the 158 applicants.
Judges said the selection process was highly competitive and the calibre of students who applied was outstanding.

RP said he was surprised and excited to be accepted into the program.
“I was not expecting it,” he said.
RP hopes his career path leads him into the judiciary.
Mikayla and RP will take part in the leadership program in the second week of the school holidays, from April 19 to 22.
