A STRETCH of beach in Wannanup has been closed this afternoon following a shark sighting.
The beach is closed from Burna Street to Avalon Beach.
A white shark sighting was reported by Surf Life Saving WA after 11.30am.

The City of Mandurah tweeted after 3.30pm that they were closing the beach.
