KIDS will have the chance to adventure through Dwellingup’s forests in search of nocturnal wildlife these school holidays.

Mandurah ecotourism business Ways To Nature and Dwellingup’s Forest Discovery Centre are running two Night Ramble spotlighting tours.

Participants will take a guided tour through the Forest Discovery Centre, led by zoologist and Ways To Nature owner Sarah Way.

Ms Way will be using a spotlight to illuminate the depths of the Jarrah forest and said there is plenty for the children to discover.

“It really is a unique experience to walk through the forest at night,” she said.

“Many insects and spiders are also actively hunting, so we search for all nocturnal creatures – great and small.”

The Night Rambles will take place on Saturday, September 28 and Saturday, October 5 at the Dwellingup Forest Discovery Centre.
