The Anthropocene is a term used to refer to the most recent geologic time period in which humans now strongly influence our planet and many of its processes.

Mr Tuckey will lead an interactive discussions regarding what consequences this has for sustainability and the climate, what we are currently doing about it and what more can be done.

It is an introductory series so no prior knowledge is necessary.

The talks are sequential so participants are encouraged to attend both events.

Both talks are free and are sponsored by the City of Mandurah and the Peel Preservation Group.
