Students deliver care packages for new mums

Aaron KirbyMandurah Coastal Times

FOUR years 12 students from Mandurah Baptist College have enjoyed an “eye-opening” experience making care packages for teen mums.

The school and students partnered with Peel Youth Services to deliver the packages personally as well as having a chat with the young mums.

The students hand-made the items including a baby quilt, a hanging mobile, felt toys, an activity book as well as toiletry bags and bath bombs for the mum.
