‘Technical issue’ resolved after Perth train delays

PERTH commuters delayed getting into work this morning should have better luck getting home.

Transperth blamed a technical issue for delays on the Mandurah and Joondalup lines.

The issue was reported at around 8.15am and resolved just after 11am.

Trains continued to run but not to the regular schedule, with frustrated commuters taking to social media to vent their frustration about the train delays and a lack of updates.

One commuter called for a free trip due to the inconvenience, while others stated that it simply wasn’t good enough.
