Former Mandurah City councillor Marion Blair was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for service to local government, the community and to women.
Keith Chapman was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to people with a disability at State and National level, to the judiciary and to the WA community.

READ NOWMr Chapman was chair of PEP Employment Services that provides employment, assistance and training programs to help people with disabilities or who are disadvantaged and was a founding member of the Association for the Advancement of Brain Injured Children.
He was a foundation board member of the WA Disability Commission, principal registrar of the WA Supreme Court and president of the Guardianship and Administration Board from 1998 to 2004.
Marion Blair was a city councillor from 2009 to 2013, deputy mayor of the City of Belmont (1994-2003) and a councillor from 1987 to 2006.
She was a member of a number of groups in the WA Local Government Association, including the Main Roads Department Liaison Group and disability services.
In 2002, she founded the Australian Local Government Women's Association WA, for which she was inaugural chair and first president and a life member.
In 2003, she ran workshops to encourage women to stand for local government and to promote networking for women officers in local government.
Mrs Blair's community activities include chair of Peel District Football Council and the WA Football Commission and a board member of Peel Thunder Football Club.
She is a committee member of Mandurah Probus Club, a life member of Belmont Netball Association and a member of Madora Bay Community Association.
