Top crust: Mandurah’s Miami Bakehouse wins coveted award

MIAMI Bakehouse walked away from the recent Perth Royal Bread and Pastry Awards with some serious street cred, scooping the pool to take out the coveted Most Successful Exhibitor in Pastry Cooking Award.

The Mandurah-based business, along with 600 other entries, pitted themselves against some of the best WA has to offer in 55 classes of bread and pastry.

Miami Bakehouse also took out the Most Creative Pie award as well as placing in 17 other classes.
