MAJOR Crash Investigation Section officers are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Yarloop yesterday afternoon .
A Holden Cruze sedan was driven west on Clifton Road, Yarloop towards Brockman Road at 2.55pm.
About 200m from the intersection the vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
