Sheree Curedale pleaded guilty in Mandurah Magistrates Court to having control of a dog that attacked or chased a person or animal and caused injury, having a dog in a place without consent and failing to register a dog with the local authority.
A prosecutor for the Shire of Murray told the court that Curedale’s two great dane crosses, Frank and Pip, were chasing the sheep about 6.45am. The farmer came out to inspect his flock and noticed two dead rams in the paddock.
Five other sheep and two alpacas were injured.
Curedale took her dogs to a friend’s house following the incident.
