READ NOWA Woolworths’ spokesperson said it is their preference to enter long term leases for their retail premises rather than holding property assets.
The development is currently being built on Exchequer Avenue, directly east of the major intersection of Mandurah Road and Mandjoogoordup Drive.
It has room for approximately 15 specialty stores and commercial space.
The centre will also have level parking for more than 296 cars including mobility and parent parking.
Woolworths’ existing Mandurah stores will remain open.
This will add to the more than $2 billion in property assets Woolworths have sold since 2010.
