Work starts on housing at Bethanie Peel in Coodanup

Bethanie, the largest not-for-profit aged care and retirement living provider, has officially executed a design and construction contract to begin works on the next stage of Bethanie Peel.

The next stage features 98 one and two-bedroom apartments.

An official turning of the sod to start works took place on September 18 between Bethanie and PS Structures – the builder responsible for the $18.5 million contract.

Bethanie Peel is a Community Housing project being held in partnership with the Department of Housing. It will be operated by Bethanie Housing once completed in early 2017.
