Accepting change

AS sure as the sun comes up over the Darling Ranges in the east every morning, same-sex marriage will eventually arrive in Australia.

I guess that for my older generation it will not be easy to accept that fully because many of us have been or were married in the conventional way for 50 years or even longer.

However, as we are all fully aware in the modern era, nearly half of marriages crumble for all different reasons.

Now, the big question is will mixed marriages be better?

I very much doubt it as problems will still arise.

So now, in the year 2015 and beyond, we must be prepared to accept change.
