All punished

This is a bit like banning verge pick-ups here in Mandurah because of a few offenders.

We do not live in a perfect world with perfect people so offences will occur, but is this reason enough to punish everyone.

I fully agree that recyclable rubbish does look terrible when out on the verge, but a ban would encourage hoarding and bush dumping.

Green waste should not be discouraged because residents are encouraged to prune and keep our city looking good.

We have our rangers so either fine or caution those who put it out too early and spoil it for the majority.
