Big task ahead

Staff ReporterMandurah Coastal Times

I NOTE with interest in last week’s edition a jubilant manager of operations at Ramsay WA accompanied by two nurses from Peel Health Campus.

I am very pleased to learn that the previous chief executive of the health campus “will quit” ” I hope in the very near future.

I hope also that Mr Cass Ryall will indeed right the perceived issues at the health campus and realise that he faces a mammoth task in all aspects of management, including nursing care in this hospital.

Four years ago my husband, who was terminally ill, was admitted for appropriate palliative care.

My GP became aware that this was not being done and was good enough to arrange for his transfer to Murray Districts Hospital. Although my husband died three days later, there he was treated with kindness and correct care.
