I don’t understand why we then received an electricity account with an ‘estimated carbon tax’ amount added to it since our account was $12 in credit.

I’d like to know who is getting our ‘clean energy’ provided to the grid? Where does it go?

Does anyone know how the ‘estimated carbon tax’ is calculated and based on what?

Maybe all solar panel owners should seek a producer of batteries. That will allow all of us to disconnect from the grid to save the ‘carbon footprint’ on the planet if Synergy cannot.
